Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

• Site/Corporate Management Team executive support
• Manage and improve administrative processes to achieve the best overall employee and/or visitor experience
• Organize company events – small to large, local and international
• Be in charge of meetings arrangements; help to follow effective meeting guidelines
• Coordinate End2End travel arrangements for both internal and external partners
• Work with individuals and teams across whole organization to gather feedback and propose improvements
• Use company information and data sources to prepare reports and presentations for site management
• Drive contracts, reports, proposals, invoices, and legal documents for approval process including paper & electronic documents archiving
• Reconcile monthly corporate travel card and credit card statements and prepare expense reports
• Drive monthly attendance system data preparation for approval

Requirements and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience
• Excellent MS office management skills
• Ability to coordinate meetings and event plans – small to large scale
• Customer focus with high attention to detail and high level of professionalism
• Comfortable being a representative for the company at events
• Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize multiple task while using appropriate judgment under tight timelines
• Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good writing skills
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality is an absolute must
• Experience as an international or at least frequent domestic traveler is highly desired as that experience is extremely helpful in planning trips for others and dealing with changes to schedules real-time
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance is desirable
• Fluent in English, must speak Czech
• Ability to work a flexible schedule from time to time
