In this role you will turn multiple sources of product data into information to help drive profitable and sustainable products.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize and perform analysis on relevant data to determine the producibility/ serviceability/ reliability/ sustainability and profitability of our products.
  • Analyze data to determine the root cause of issues (e.g. systems logic, business process issues, data quality, etc.) or areas of improvement and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze business needs and translate into functional reporting design requirements.
  • Be the conduit between the business community and the Business Intelligence development team through requirements, design, testing and implementation.
  • Various data mining and modelling activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field (for example computer science, mathematics, statistics or econometrics etc.)
  • Typically requires 3+ years of experience working with data analysis (for example business analytics, performance management or statistical methods/ techniques).
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytical tools (e.g. R, SPSS, Power BI) and/or databases (e.g. SQL).
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application requirements.
  • Hands-on mentality: you love complex problems and strive to get things done.
  • Ability to assume and complete assignments independently and on time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of leaders, subject matter experts, users and developers.
  • Fluent in English.
