Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusive:

  • Working in compliance with legislation and IMS (required for all)
  • Develop, deliver and maintain high quality instructor led training
  • Maintain microscopes in training center laboratory
  • Participate in web based training development


  • Certification for electric devices, Co. 50/78 (Vyhláška 50, §) §6
  • Preferable University degree in (Applied) Physics, Material Science, Electronics or * Mechanics/Mechatronics or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills
  • Preferably 2 - 5 years’ experience in electron microscopy development or production
  • Proven affinity with transferring knowledge and skills to other people
  • Analytic, abstract thinking, initiative, independent, sharing knowledge, stress tolerance and teamwork
  • Ability to capture and transfer knowledge in an effective manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multicultural awareness
  • Self-starter who is also highly productive when not supervised
  • Incidental Traveling
  • Good in English (verbal and in writing)
  • Other language skills are an asset
