What projects will you work on?

  • develop and automate software procedures necessary for the successful operation of electron microscopes
  • design algorithms that cope with specific electron microscope images. Use image processing and pattern recognition, data analysis, mathematical models and many other advanced techniques
  • interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
  • understand the basics of the electron optics structure
  • create solutions from initial concept and prototyping to final testing
  • improve current algorithms, investigate and fix bugs, bring innovative ideas into the final product
  • test directly on the hardware getting immediate and direct feedback
  • closely cooperate with colleagues from other departments – scientists, physicists, operation engineers, service engineers
  • work in a team and actively share your ideas and seek advice from peers

Who do we look for?

  • you have a master degree (including fresh graduates) in Computer Science or other technical field (e.g. biomedical studies)
  • solid knowledge of C# .NET or image processing (OpenCV)
  • comfortable with working on Windows platform
  • advanced in English
  • willingness to learn new things
  • experience with WPF is advantage
