They say one third of all electron microscopes in the world are produced in Brno, and our company plays a key role in this statistic. We not only manufacture microscopes, we also work on their development and constant improvement. Our portfolio includes scanning microscopes, small dual beam microscopes, and transmission electron microscopes.

We make and develop two main categories of spectrometers – for sample surface analysis (SA) and for bulk elemental analysis, which includes X-ray fluorescent and optical emission spectrometers and X-ray diffractometers. These devices are not only used in the manufacturing of modern materials, but also in the iron, cement, and mining industries.
